We understand the importance of explaining the refund policy, so we will explain how refunds work and how to request for one if you'd like to do one:
Firstly, before requesting for a refund, please try and see if there's anything that we can do to help you.
If your landlord is attempting to push back in spite of the Housing ESA Letter, you can try and ask if we can have the doctor complete any verification/accommodation form, provide a copy of the doctor's license or, have the doctor talk to the landlord directly.
If there is no alternative, please be sure you've read our guidelines and have a case that is no longer than 30 days nor had ordered anything to be mailed over to you.
